Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason. This covers monthly, annual and lifetime purchases, including renewals.

How to ask

Email support@constrictor.dev from your account's email address. Tell us roughly when you paid. We send refunds to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show them.

What happens next

A refund ends the access that payment bought. Your saved progress stays, so you can pick up again if you come back.

After 14 days

Payments are generally non-refundable after 14 days, unless the law requires otherwise. You can still cancel a subscription at any time so it doesn't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Billing name

Charges appear on your statement as Novacon LLC or NOVACON, the company that operates Constrictor.
